nice radio buttons in firefox

I'm not sure this topic belongs here (if not maybe a moderator will move it to the appropriate section) but I couldn't post it in "general software tips and tricks". I thought it might be useful, especially for those who wondered why the default radio buttons and check boxes look uglier in the Linux version of firefox than in firefox for Windows.
here is a method that worked well for me:
do, as root, in a terminal:

wget http://users.tkk.fi/~otsaloma/art/firefox-form-widgets.tar.gz

tar -xvzf firefox-form-widgets.tar.gz

cp /usr/lib/firefox(your own version number goes here)/res/forms.css /usr/lib/firefox(your own version number goes here)/res/forms.css.bak

cat firefox-form-widgets/res/forms-extra.css | tee --append /usr/lib/firefox(your own version number goes here)/res/forms.css > /dev/null

cp -r firefox-form-widgets/res/form-widgets /usr/lib/firefox(your own version number goes here)/res

rm -rf firefox-form-widgets

Now start Firefox again and start enjoying nice looking controls.
