Hello,
It's probably me, but I cannot find a solution to get my webcam running. I've looked at different topics concerning these webcams, but I'm lost in what the exact procedure is. Can somebody guide me?
I'm using a HP dv6000 x86-64 laptop with build in cam
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05ca:1810 Ricoh Co., Ltd
kernel: 2.6.24.4
Thanks!
David

try this as root:

urpmi r5u870-kernel-`uname -r | cut -d- -f2`-latest

then plug the camera in. Any luck?
